Clio extreme wont start?

Yesterday I took my very dirty Clio 1.2 Extreme to the jet wash chaps who done a great job so much so that the car went cranky after .... As I put keys in ignition to start it didn't respond, all lights on dash panel flashing on and off, heard a clicking sound from engine as through it was trying to register. Something was obviously wrong. I managed to get a local mechanic to give me a jump of his battery charger as the initial thought was a flat battery. This worked but not for long, as I drove back home the lights on the panel continued to flash and then went blank the car went dead. I live on a steep hill so with a bit of help got the car back on the drive.

My husband tried several attempts to get it started and without the battery boster it did not want to know. Throughout the whole process the lights on constantly are SERV / STOP/ BATTERY/ ABS / HANDBRAKE / IMOBILSER flashes continously whether ignition key is in or not. Called the AA today and also failed in getting any repsonse from the car so has been kind enough to tow to gargage where they will find it first thing in the morning.

I have read the manual over and over, checked out various web sites for common problems but was wondering if the imobliser unit got wet or mostiure in ( as from previous comments) from the jet wash and has now buggered up my car. It sounds like this accordingly to the manual that is why It will not start however I could be barking up the wrong tree!

Any suggestions or advice please post answer I am desperate to sort this out. I will keep checking back here. Thanks
