how do i replace seat belts?

hi how do i replace seat belts in ford ka mk 1 1996.do i need a special tool as i cant undo them from car body work

the bolts may have had thread locking compound put on it .
but a 1/2" drive ratchet,correct fitting socket,a short length of strong tube to fit OVER the ratchet handle(this increases your LEVERAGE lots) they WILL UNDO.
