how can i fix my hoover wdm120 washing machine?

The drum keeps filling with water until it overflows out of the back. It is as if the load sensor has gone.

The rubber pipe between the drum and the pressure switch had a hole in caused by it rubbing on another hose. I taped the hose up and it worked ok.
