Stopped working and shows F18 error code. What is fault F18, The house is under renovation and I am unsure as to what code this is.

Having the same problem at the moment. Its a blocked detergent pump or outlet hose. I keep getting this re-occuring so trying to figure out what else could be causing message. Directions are in manual how to look at detergent pump and filter - you can download from website if you have lost them.
