my vans sluggish?

hi i have a vauxhall combo and when i start it its always sluggish then when i drive around for a while the power comes back soon as i turn the van of then start it again its the same problem sluggish

First priority would be to put some injector cleaner in the fuel tank
The other most likely cause is a blocked fuel line filter no one ever seems to change these and they are important
