My Zanussi 1200 series model zfw 1220s wont drain water after its cycle.I have checked all the filters etc for obstructions to no avail,I wondered if the drain pump was faulty,is this is the case how do I replace the pump ?

before changing the pump do this.
remove the filter.shine a torch inside the filter housing and at the back you will see the drain pump impellor check it rotates and isn't jammed with something.to change them they have a plastic bit that bends back and then you can quarter twist them off easy.hopefully something jammed for you to remove.common issue
