How do i drain my radiator? Cant find the Tap? Volkswagen polo 1997?

I want to drain the water from my radiator so i can flush the radiator out as i am getting no heating in the car.I've looked for the drainage tap everywhere but cant locate it?? anyone? where is it please?

not all radiators have drain taps, in which case you will need to take off the bottom hose
