My Uniwell SX-8500 will not turn on. All ok at close yesterday?

Our cqsh register did a proper Zed yesterday but when I got to the shop today it was dead and I cannot get it to turn on and open the drawer. Needless to say I did the obvious, plugged it in elsewhere, etc but no luck.

If you feel bold enough to open the case, most cash registers have one or more fuses on the main board. You might try checking and replacing any that are blown. Otherwise, your best bet is to take it to a dealer to have it checked.
