hi i have a micron 30 ff and every so often it seems to build up pressure then goes boom it frightens the life out of me what can be causing this , could you also tell me how old is this model thank you jean

It sounds like there is a blockage in your pipework somewhere but it is impossible to tell with such little information. I would recommend you get at least three qualified engineers (at least theres a chance two or more will identify the same fault then its easier to compare price quotes) to look at it as it sounds quite serious and will not get better on its own.
