my epson bx300f is not working it is showing that the auto light for my fax machine is flashing i havenot tried to send or recieve any messages and my screen on the is saying printer error please read documentation it doesnt tell you any thing in the error and problem pages how to solve it. it will not allow me to use and other feature of my printer can u help

hi simon just got one of these machines same problem all i did was uninstall programme of the computer and reinstalled it hope it works for you !!!!
