replace seal on fridge?

How do I replace the seal on my integrated Bosch fridge KUR1504GB/02? I have found a place to buy the seal from but it looks really hard to get it out, never mind fit the new one? Help would be really appreciated.

I can't help but have exactly the same problem, did you find out. I do know you have to split the door as the seal is a compressed fit with the internal panel.
