i have a renault clio and need to fill my wind screen washer

It will normally be yellow know days and have a picture of what looks like a windscreen beinbg sprayed with water on it.

You don't say what year or model it is,how can we help!In the short term lift the bonnet and below the windscreen on either side MAY-BE a grill open them and on one side you may find your jack(drivers side maybe)and on the other side you may find the filler cap,lot's of questions like this recently,if you have a drivers manual with the car read it!All the best anyway.
