It's a bit of a nightmare ! Remove grill and then headlamp. 2 top screws easy to find on headlamp but third one is underneath...you can access via wheelarch under the protective moulding. Ford advise not re-fitting this one so you night be lucky and headlamp will come out with just the top two. Good luck
