how to change thermstat ford ka?

how to change thermostat gasket on ford ka
mark, January 2010
Your thermostat is at the back of your engine, quit hard to get at. I would take off the temperature housing, it has six bolts and is found on the side of engine. once this is out of the way its a lot better to get at the thermostat. By the way you will need a 7mm socket for the bolts in the thermostat. hope that helps.
