main combi 30 he ?

My heating is working fine but the hot water is not coming out of the taps!!!!!! Any Idea's anyone???? I have replaced the Diaphragm.

do you mean the water coming out is cold or there is just no water? if no water then the cold inlet pipe is probably frozen.
