How can I fix my Zanussi DE 6744?

Programme starts as normal takes in water releases detergent etc. but cycle never ends just keeps going on rinsing and never gets to the drying part of the cycle.

Doesn't appear to be heating.
On the intensive programme which is supposed to have a hot prewash it just gets going straight away.

is it heating?.if not take the control pcb out and check the track and solder joints on the heater relay contacts
