how can i fix my frister rossmann cub 3 sewing machine?

i was sewing for a while and then the machine started going on its own without pressing the foot pedal, had to switch it of at mains!!

Hello Jim.
A bit late with this one but if your machine is running on its own then the suppressor in the control has blown, undo the foot control and take the suppressor out and throw it away you don't need it, do not put any liquid on the control it is electric remember, plug out of the mains first.

i reckon its the foot pedal that at fault, spay some WD40 type oil inside foot pedal, only when you have it UNPLUGED FROM THE MAINS ..your welcome :)
