Does the washerpump not have a fuse?

Ford Focus year 2000.
No screenwash jets are working. Freezing weather. Decent mix of wash fluid in the reservoir though there is still ice floating on the top. No noise from pump.

Before I start looking at replacing the pump, is it not powered through a fused circuit?

Car also has developed a central locking problem and reverse light is not working.

Hi Nat, there is only a 20amp fuse for the wipers front & rear and washer pump, the washer pump is controlled by the central timer unit, it controls to either pump to the front or rear, the pump is under the L/H front wing, get someone to listen while you operate the washers, it might be frozen as the temperatures we have been having are well below what most people mix the wash addative too
