I have an integrated 50/50 fridge freezer and the temperature on the fridge display reads "H". The current temp in the fridge is room temp and I changed the setting (which ranges from +2 to +7) in an attempt to lower the temperature however this has not worked. It was working fine until this morning. The fridge/freezer is from the howden's range - it doesn't have a company name but I think it is Lamona. Your help in resolving the problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Lamona integrated fridge freezer. The fridge seems to flood on a regular basis. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Hi Dale,sorry to hear about your fridge freezer, the same happend to us, ours 2 yrs old we brought ours (Diplomat apm6855 50 50 fridge freezer) from Howdens Merry Hill.
They dont want to know- want us to buy another one from them- cheek!
Ive gone to trading standards, so they are helping me sort it out.
I think they have changed the name from Diplomat to Lamona on there fridge freezer, lots of peopl have had the same problem & say they should have recalled them.When I spoke to some one from Howdens they said they had no complaints about them.I have read lots & lots on the forums.

I have an integrated fridge/freezer, Diplomat, from Howdens with similar problem. First came the 'H' sign on the fridge and then the freezer broke down too. Howdens said they weren't responsible for repairs as it was more than one year old (2 years). I had an engineer come out who said the motor had gone and as it would cost more than £200 for a new one I should buy a new fridge/freezer. I expected it to last more than 2 years!
