Potterton profile 60e lock outs?

The boiler locks out after it shuts down and I have noticed that intermittently the pump does not run on after the boiler shutoff, it stops as soon as the boiler does and does not clear the hot water from the boiler.
What controls this pump overrun.?

Do they go intermittent as it only happens once a day but usually early in the morning.
Is there anywhere on the web I can get a drawing of where the overrun stat is?

nothing controls it apart from the boiler temperature. replace the overrun stat.
