Interested to see if this fixed the fault as I have exactly the same on my 2003 eurocargo? Unfortunately it didn't work for me so looking at what to try next!

communication error with tacho /oil sensor .
disconnect battery for 30 minutes and reconnect this should put light out.
ibc stands for iveco body controller ,this is next to the fusebox
