removing balancer wheel?

My balancer wheel seems to be bent. How do I take it of ? my sewing machine is a 1937 singer

Hello Laurie,
If anything it will be the shaft that is bent caused by a fall, take out the screw on the stop motion, undo the stop motion all the way off, take off the three pronged washer, pull the balance wheel off.
