vauxhall vectra 2 litre tdi diesel?

hi ive got a s reg vectra 2 litre diesel and need to know what diagnostic kit i need for it thanks

the socket on my diesel vectra is not a standard obd connection and looks nothing like the plug advertised on the end of the diagnostic devises you can buy. it is 16 pin though.
i have an acceleration problem on mine too engine management light on when accelerating past 75 mph

hi im looking for a car reader for my P reg vectra di the light comes on then goes off when i tap the break pedel and then comes back on after 25-30 secs and so on any help would be great thanks

Hi,
There is a 16pin diagnostic socket beneath the parking brake lever. This is a standard OBD connection than most basic code readers will connect to, vauxhall would use tech 11 to diagnose faults on this car. If you give me an idea of the fault i might be able to help......
