WATER IS LEAKING OUT OF THE TOP OF THE WATER SECTION AROUND THE PLUNGER THAT OPERATES THE MICRO SWITCH WHEN USING THE DOMESTIC WATER HEATING. POSSIBLE CAUSES WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

for anyone who has the same problem. the cause was a build up of calcium on the micro switch operating plunger where it goes through the top seal. cleaning up the plunger cured the problem.
