oven?

I have a double Built in AEG Oven(U31005M) which is only 2 years old. The light and the fan in the bottom oven is coming on but the oven no longer getting warm at all. There was a strange catching sound in the oven and then the heat went off.

Has the element blown ??? I just don't know
