Leakage from overflow of Vokera linea 24 combi boiler?

Pressure is being lost in boiler due to leakage from overflow pipe from boiler. Can you suggest any possible reasons or solutions?

its passing on the prv......no air in the expansion vessel

i reckon the expansion vessel needs re inflating with a car pump up to about (1 bar pressure max ) approx 15 psi
