hi aaron,my wife has a jinlun but they are known for the switch to give on the handle bar's,very easy fix but a bit of a pain as you have to keep repair,inside the switch (removed from handle bar's) look toward's start button & you will see the top of the switch lift's,it will need fixing back down,then use a small cable tie to hold it down,this what i did to overcome the problem altogether after third repair, if you ring jinlun they are based in burton upon trent & somewhere south they do know about this problem & do refer how to repair, hope this help's (look out for the small ballbearing & spring)
