how do i fix kingston 32 gb usb which is not working? Unable to format?

in the beginning it was write protected. I was unable to format it. Then it started getting formatted but stopped at the end. Now the drive is being displayed in my computer but I am not able to open it. Please help me.

2. Open the desktop icon and select the correct flash drive under device
3. Select the file system you want to format to (FAT, FAT32, NTFS)
4. Tick Quick Format
5. Click start
