Pressure rising in my Glow worm Compact 80e?

I have recently had a new radiator fixed in my property and ever since i have had problems with the water pressure, it seems to keep rising to 2.7bar, I have bled the radiators, removed enough water to bring it down to about 1 Bar but after an hour or so it has gone back up to 2.7 again, my radiators are not on. Its now leaking water out onto my back wall from the boiler, please can anyone help me I thank you in anticipation

The water will be coming from the boiler pressure relief valve, made to discarge water from system when i reaches about 3 bar, to protect things from over pressure. Has the filling loop been closed properly when pressure was added the system to fill new rad, could be why pressure keeps rising.
