Citroen Saxo Bakes Locking ?

I have a 10 year old citroen saxo 1 litre, I have had the car coming up 2 years, I have a reacurring problem with the brakes locking, so far I have changed discs and pads, new drive shaft, new brake flexi pipe and lastly new calliper, the problem goes after taking the wheel off put soon returns, any ideas?

after its been standing say overnight,-with the drivers wheel jacked-up is the wheel free to rotate,or is it binding-it may be calliper slides siezed.was it a brand new calliper or s/hand one if the latter is piston/s free and not siezing ,is calliper mounting bracket not bent causing pad to bind,is brake pedal return spring ok and not broken,is linkage to servo [if fitted] free and not sticking causing build up of pressure, also are pads free in calliper and not rusted where they slide in.

its drivers side front, to release the brake I have to stop the car and pump on the brake pedal and if the cars left standing for a length of time it releases.

is it front, rear or all the brakes that are locking? and how do you release them ?
