my friend has a bocuse and while parts are beginning to errode the stove and oven and convection are all working well...We who have cooked on it these last 15 or so years have taken good care...but now I have found someone has lost the manual and I hesitate to take the convection oven apart to clean with out the instructions...any one can help direct me?
