Kitchenaid K5A mixer wires?

I need to know the wire connections on my Kitchenaid mixer, k5a. I think the wires might be crossed. If someone has a K5A maybe u could send me a picture with the back cover off. A schematic would be great. Thanks Marcel (marcelproulx@verizon.net)

I am going to try that wiring scheme today, and will try to remember to email you as to whether it works or not.

I have the same need, and have no wiring diagram available, thru KitchenAid or any other place.

After studying the situation, I am going to connect all the red wires together, all the yellow wires together, the 2 black wires together, and the green wire from the on-off switch to the blue wire.

Note that I have not yet tried that, but it makes sense electrically.
