my ford ka 1999 1.2 lost power?

when driving it become hesitant when pulling off at all times, it then lost power and was restricted to 25mph it had spark plugs leads and a good clean and worked for 2 days it is happening again can any one help?

It costs you nothing to re list this question,so the FIRST thing I would do is pull off or push on every plug lead again to make sure(don't wiggle and say it looks alright)take it off and push it back until you know it's good,if it doesn't work check the fitting of the plugs again,cold weather affects things,you have nothing to loose spending 10mins re doing it.
