how can i fix my vokera unica he?

red light comes on and heating stops with code 10 flashing. = ignition failure, which it is not because it comes on. or condense sensor activated. it has a loud noise like it is struggling sound.

Condense pipe could be blocked/frozen.If it terminates in sink waste undo it and check it is clear,if it terminates outside in cold weather it could be frozen;most unlikely it is the sensor
