when i press starter switch the oil light comes on but the engine will not turn over and there is no neutral light ever thing else works lights horn indicaters ect

its is either adjusted wrong or the clutch cable is sticking and the clutch isnt biting properly due to being held on by the sticking cable.did you change just the friction plates or both the metals and frictions.
