How do I fix an outdoor radio controlled clock?

I have a 15inch slate radio controlled clock that hangs in the garden and it has stopped working.
Firstly I replaced the battery but this did not help.
I phoned the catalogue company that I bought it through but unfortunately they were not able to provide me with the contact details of the manufacturer and I am not able to get it fixed locally.
Can you help me, please. It is a lovely addition to my garden and I really miss seeing the clock working each day. The name on the face of the clock is PASCAL VERON.
