water is on and power turn bot no water when turned on

my shower is doing the same but that is not the promlem try turing diffent shower on in the house or flush toilet y shower is on

might sound stupid, but have you tried turning the temperature dial down to the coldest setting? If there was a disruption to the water flow, the shower will disable itself to stop the user getting burned. Turn the shower on and slowly turn the dial down colder and colder and see if the shower will disable the safety shut off. once its running cold for a minute or two slowly turn it back up to hot, it should be ok
