nearing end of wash water runs out detergent dispenser onto floor as if forced out causing quite a bit of flooding

Hi there, this happened to our Hotpoint and we discovered that the height adjuster on the feet had gone down with vibration of the machine, so that the front of it was lower than the back, hence water coming out of the soap dispenser. Try seeing if the top is still level with a spirit level and wind the feet down if necessary.
