If the water spurts out in sync with the rotation of the lower spray arm, check that arm to see if the glued seam on it has split open. If it has a small split, it may open when under pressure and squirt a horizontal spray of water to hit the lower part of the door that penetrates throught the hinge area and leak onto the floor.
