my alarm wont set and all the lights r lit this happened when we recently had r electric off and nothing happens when i press any of the buttons could it be the battery and if so will it work once i replace it or do i need someone to come out and reset it

well obviously i install veritas systems etc and when you power down and power back up it clears unless the psu has blown which occurs often and by the way are you just on here to comment everyones comments because you aint answering any questions so why come on this site ?

hi sandra
first off all power down the entire panel including battery so it is dead power back up again by battery first then by mains there may be a red light on the panel as well as two green ones just replace the lid with both screws and the red light should go off
