Renault Megane Dynamique Estate 1.9 Dci Fuse Box Location?

Does anyone know where the fuse box is located for radio/aircon/cigarette lighter in this car. It's all gone off!

open passengers front locker and then small cover. it's right there or just next to the locker on the left hand side of the locker. thanks
