My Wirlpool AquaSteam had the same problem. Take the top off and if it is like mine there is a plastic crank arm on top of the powder draw, that may have come unclipped. It is a push fit. That is the easy one. If that is not the problem it could be the motor that drives the crank or the computer, best of luck!
