My dyson dc14 brush wont spin?

My Dyson DC14 has all the suction in the world but the brush wont spin so it won't pick up anything on the floor. Any ideas?

the roller drive belt broke. or maybe on your model you have the clutch version, this part comes with its own separate belt have a look here how to strip
