My Optima XM alarm won't set?

When i enter my exit code the the bleep starts but doesn't stop & alarm doesn't set, any ideas ?

i have the same problem it beeps and beeps but dosnt set zones 2,3,4 are showing but no tamper or attack. when i re enter code system goes back to DAY
