My radiators are hot, but are not heating the room. Is there a problem with the blower?

Tom - your question lacks sense and clarity.

If a Radiator is Hot then it must be heating the room

You do not mention the make & model of your boiler or the type of radiators - is there such a thing as a radiator with a blower?

More clarity may get a sensible answer.
