seems lots of problems downloading programme for this item,so called free items lead on to £££££ systems! Straight questions, has anyone dfree dowloaded this system if yes..Where? and has anyone got the disc for loan or rent?

The official - kosher - real McCoy Lexmark site does not charge for downloads - you are being led astray by fancy web pages - it must be lexmark.com or perhaps lexmark.co.uk

Match Op Sys with Printer and download the device driver - then add your printer...

You do not necessarily need a disk - just the device driver
