the bushing in the middle of the hr finger has slipped/worked loose, insert a good fit screwdriver into the square center diagonally(corner to corner) and turn it a bit , try the finger now, if now further than the 12 minutes need to turn it the opposite way, when happy with the position stick a tiny bit of super glue between the bush and the hr hand, allow it to dry, refit the finger,
