iv finaly got my alarm working after powering it down but the problem now is i cant reset my entry time so it goes off the instant i open the door iv downloaded an instalation manual so no how to do it but it wont accept the default engineer code in the instalation manual

sandra im sorry my mistake this is the enigineer code you have to do it this way if its your front door that does this enter 1234 prog 1,1 press 6 then prog it will make a chime then reset annd you should be ok if you want to change your code try 4321 prog 60 xxxx prog reset if you have the older alarm veritas it will be 4321 prog 00 then 01 xxxx prog reset

hii sandra enter 4321 thats the code unless you have changed it if not its 4321 prog 11 < twice then press 6 and prog again and reset if you have changed your code do the same procedure xxxx < your code prog 1 then 1 again press 6 then prog reset
