hi for the last few months our ford galaxy has been having turbo failure it becomes slow and sluggish and only reboots when the enigne is turned of and on again and then yesterday it started whislting too and it wont stop its really high pitched and noisy so hope someone out there can please help asap as this is our only family car and really need it for work and scool runs many many thanx in advance

check the pipes related to the turbo, are they all secure & in good condition. there could also be a wastegate/dump valve problem. but if the turbo it's self is on the way out, then replacement is the only option, & do it as soon as possible before it breaks up & damages the engine.
