why the noise ?

my tumble drier sounds like it is scraping on something, very noisy, its a creda reverse air model t522vw, any ideas ???

Have a look at the bearing at the back of the machine. The bearing maybe a plain brass block that has worn allowing the drum to rub on the side panels or the drive spindle has worn together with the bearing.
The access to the bearing should be a panel at the rear of the machine held in place by a couple of screws.
